Once They Were Like You :
My this blog is dedicated to those who got addicted to Drugs like Tobacco, Alcohol, Heroin, Cocaine or something that was not good for their health and destroyed their precious lives. This blog is dedicated to those Parents who lost their children, And to all those who lost their loved once. Aaahhh! Having water in my eyes, How much pain their loved once had Suffered you and I cant imagine that. They were just normal like you and me then what happened to them? why they gone the wrong way? Is That the company that destroyed them or it was something else that destroyed them, well the fact is that it is beyond our imagination.
Many people do not understand why or how other people become addicted to drugs. It is often mistakenly assumed that drug abusers lack moral principles or willpower and that they could stop using drugs simply by choosing to change their behavior. In reality, drug addiction is a complex disease, and quitting takes more than good intentions or a strong will. In fact, because drugs change the brain in ways that foster compulsive drug abuse, quitting is difficult, even for those who are ready to do so.
As the drug abuse continues, The short-term effects increase in risk and frequency. Additionally, the addict will begin to suffer more health related disturbances like Lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases, Stroke Heart, Attack Brain damage, Destruction of nerve cells, Open sores on the face, Irreversible ticks and spasms etc . The long-term social effects of addiction can be just as devastating with entire families being separated and destroyed. So, This is a fact that the drug addicted victims are not destroying themselves but also their families.
You and I should be thankful to God that we are far and far away from these addictions and its upto you and me that what way we choose, A constructive one with healthy life or a destructive one with drug addicted life, Remember "It takes a minute to get drugged but it takes life time to quit it" Just look at their faces sincerely if you are a Human Being you will cry and your heart will be filled with love and care for them :'(  imagine what their parents has faced, Their children were like you and me. So, from now promise to yourself that you will be on the right line not the wrong one have a company that respects you not the one that leads you to death. If you see peoples who are addicted to drugs or etc help them instead of making fun of them because

Barbiturates are a specific type of drug that effect the central nervous system. These drugs act to depress the central nervous system and are often called sleeping pills. These are one of the oldest sedatives that are in use. A small dose will make people feel relaxed and good humoured. With larger doses hostility and anxiety are common effects.
Symptoms of barbiturate intoxication and overdose include:
Altered level of consciousness
Difficulty in thinking
Drowsiness or coma
Faulty judgment
Incoordination
Shallow breathing
Slowness of speech
Sluggishness
Slurred speech
Staggering
Changes in alertness
Decreased functioning
Irritability
Memory loss

Methadone is a powerful medication that is part of a group of drugs called opioids. Some people use street methadone because they are curious about what it feels like. But because they are not used to taking the drug, they can die after taking even a small amount. Others use methadone because they want a strong painkiller. But if you need help with pain, it is much better to talk to a doctor than to take street methadone. Some people use street methadone to avoid withdrawal when coming off opioid drugs, such as heroin or OxyContin. Methadone can help with withdrawal, but using it without a doctor’s help can kill you.
Symptoms of too high dose include:
Drowsiness

Nodding off
Nausea

Vomiting
Shallow breathing
Pinpoint pupils
Low body temperatures
Slow pulse
Lowered blood pressure
Heart palpitations
Dizziness
Poor blood circulation

Methadone

Alcohol is a depressant derived from the fermentation of natural sugars in fruits, vegetables and grains. These are brewed and distilled into a wide range of beverages with various alcohol contents. Casual drinking and the occasional blow out can be real fun but the regular use of alcohol can cause many physical illnesses including liver damage, stomach cancer and heart disease. Alcohol is estimated to cause 28,000 excess deaths per year in England and Wales.  2,000,000 deaths per year worldwide.
When you drink heavily, your body gets used to the alcohol and experiences withdrawal symptoms if it’s taken away. These include:
Anxiety or jumpiness
Shakiness or trembling
Sweating
Nausea and vomiting
Insomnia
Depression
Irritability
Fatigue
Loss of appetite
Headache

Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that has been available by prescription in the U.S for human and veterinary uses. It has also been used for pain control in burn therapy, battlefield injuries.
Ketamine has become a drug of abuse and recreational drug. Abuse of ketamine can lead to powerful visual hallucinations that are intensified by environmental stimuli. In some cases, ketamine can make you black out and become unable to move, so you'll feel like you're dead.
Possible side effects of ketamine:
Severe allergic reactions
swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue
painful urination
irregular heartbeat
involuntary muscle movements
severe or persistent dizziness

Ketamine

Benzodiazepines are a group of medicines that are sometimes used to treat anxiety, sleeping problems and other disorders. Benzodiazepines (pronounced ben-zoh-die-az-a-pins) are depressant drugs. This means that they slow down the activity of the central nervous system and the messages going between the brain and the body. They do not necessarily make a person feel depressed. Other depressants include alcohol, cannabis and heroin. Benzodiazepines are most commonly prescribed by doctors to relieve stress and anxiety and to help people sleep.
Some drug abusers use benzodiazepines illegally to become intoxicated or to come down from the effects of stimulants such as amphetamines or cocaine.
At high doses benzodiazepines can cause the following effects:
Slowed reflexes
Mood swings
Hostile and erratic behavior
Euphoria
Long Term Effects:
Impaired thinking, memory, and judgment
Disorientation
Confusion
Slurred speech

Benzodiazepines

Amphetamines belong to a group of drugs called stimulants. Amphetamines speed up the messages going between the brain and the body. As a street drug, amphetamine usually comes as a white, grey, yellowish or pinky powder or as putty-like substance known as base. The powders are snorted up the nose, mixed in a drink or, by some heavy users, prepared for injection. Base is usually swallowed or, because of its bad taste, wrapped in (cigarette) paper and bombed (swallowed). It can be snorted if dried out properly.
Using amphetamines on a regular basis can lead to significant health problems, including:
Risk of damage to brain cells
Amphetamine psychosis
Malnutrition
depression and panic attacks

Tobacco is a carrier for the highly addictive drug nicotine. Once your body gets a taste for nicotine, it can quickly become a life-long addiction, with extremely fatal consequences. Tobacco is usually smoked. Sometimes tobacco leaves are “dipped” or “chewed” so the nicotine is absorbed via the gums. Children and teanagers are easy targets for the tobacco industry. They’re often influenced by TV, movies, the Internet, advertising, and by what their friends do and say. They don’t realize what a struggle it can be to quit. And having cancer, emphysema, blindness, or impotence may not seem like real concerns — kids and teanagers don’t think much about future health outcomes.
It is now well documented that use of tobacco can cause:
chronic lung disease
coronary heart disease
stroke
cancer of the lungs, larynx, esophagus, mouth, and bladder

Buprenorphine is an opioid partial agonist. This means that, although buprenorphine is an opioid, and thus can produce typical opioid agonist effects and side effects such as euphoria and respiratory depression, its maximal effects are less than those of full agonists like heroin and methadone
one can have some serious side effects like:

hives
skin rash
itching
difficulty breathing or swallowing
slowed breathing
upset stomach
extreme tiredness
unusual bleeding or bruising
lack of energy
loss of appetite
pain in the upper right part of the stomach
yellowing of the skin or eyes
flu-like symptoms
